当前农村幼儿素质教育实施的困境与对策——基于对某农村幼儿园园长的访谈

On the Current Predicament and Strategies for the Quality Education of the Rural Children——Based on the Interviews with a Principle of a Rural Kindergarten

我国目前仍是一个农业大国,提高国民素质的重点和难点都在于提高农村幼儿素质教育。访谈调查结果显示,当前农村幼儿素质教育实施的困境主要有三方面:家长不支持、观念旧,家园共育实施困难;教师不稳定、无培训,素质教育难以贯彻;政府不重视、无投入,合力尚未形成。因此,农村幼儿家长应更新素质教育观念,幼儿教师应提升素质教育能力,各级政府应重视农村幼儿素质教育,使教育真正踏入素质教育的轨道上来。

At present,China is still a country with a large rural area.It is important and difficult to enhance the quality education for the rural children.The results of the interviews show that there are three main predicaments about the current implementation of the quality education for the rural children.First,the parents with old concepts do not support it,so it is very difficult for parents to educate their children with teachers.Second,the teachers don＇t have stable jobs and are lack of training,and therefore,the quality education is hard to be carried out.Third,Some government officials do not attach enough importance to the quality education of rural children and do not put enough money in quality education.There is no cooperation between government,kindergarten and family.Therefore,the parents of rural children should update their concept about quality education.The teachers shall enhance their ability to implement quality education.All levels of government should pay more attention to the quality education of rural children.In this way,the quality education of rural children can really take effect in the future.
