引起液压油温过高的原因有很多种,而液压油温过高将导致可控震源液压系统的诸多故障。本文分析了AHV-Ⅳ可控震源液压系统油温过高的原因及其解决办法,介绍了液压系统油温过高对可控震源的振动性能、行驶系统、刹车系统、提升系统造成的影响。

High hydraulic oil temperature will result in great damage to the hydraulic system of the vibroseis during field operation, and lead to a lot of malfunctions in the hydraulic system. This paper analyzes the causes and solutions of high oil temperature. And then describes its influence to the sweep performance, driving system, brake system, lift system of the AHV- Ⅳ vibroseis.
