关于中西医结合的理论思考

THEORETICAL CONSIDERATION ABOUT THE INTEGRATION OF WESTERN AND CHINESE MEDICINE

应当对中西医结合40多年的实践进行理论总结,对21世纪的发展作出系统思考。与中西汇通相比,中西医结合在指导思想、学术起点、科学条件、文化背景、社会基础上都有了划时代的飞跃。中西医统一具有必然性,这是由其研究对象的同一性决定的。中西医统一又是有条件的,即造成中西医现有差异的那些因素的消除和在更高水平上达到统一的新条件的具备。要深化对“中西医结合”的理解,其本质是中医和西医两个学派的统一,对同一规律的认识服从一元化真理,对多种规律的多种真理性认识形成统一的理论体系。要克服认识上的简单化、庸俗化倾向和怀疑甚至否定的观点,坚持一百年不动摇、二百年不动摇。

It is time for us to make a theoretical summary of the practice of the integration of western and Chinese medicine(IWCM) in more than 40 years,and to find out the law of its development in 21th century.Compared with the interchange between western and Chinese medicine,IWCM has had many epoch making leaps in guiding ideology,starting point of learning,conditions of science,cultural background and bases of society.The identity of the object of study on western and Chinese medicine decides the certainty of the unity of them.Western medicine and Chinese medicine will be united as the factors that cause differences between them are eliminated and the new conditions that they get united understanding at higher level are satisfied.The integration of TCM and western medicine is in essece that the two schools of medicine conform to each other,the conception of the same law complies to the centralised truth,and the comprehension of various laws of truthfulness makes up the uniform theoretical system.The tendencies of oversimplify and vulgarity in understanding IWCM and the suspective, even nagtive viewpionts,should be overcome,and we should stick to IWCM for one or two hundred years.
