大鼠肝脏枯否氏细胞功能活化与TNT肝脏毒性关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨大鼠肝脏 Kupffer细胞功能活化与 TNT肝毒性的关系,方法运用 Kupffer细胞功能活化大鼠模型,进行 TNT急性染毒实验。结果TNT可加强对 Kupffer细胞功能活化大鼠的肝毒性。结论 TNT肝脏毒性与肝脏Kupffer细胞功能状态有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between the functional activation of Kupffer cells in rat livers and acute hepatic toxicity of TNT. Methods The model of the functional activities of rat Kupffer cells was Observed during the acute exposure of TNT. Results TNT could strengthen the hepatotoxicity in those rats with functional activation of Kupffer Cells. Conclusion The hepatic toxi city of TNT was associated with the functional conditions of Kupffer cells.
