旅客列车乘务员EPQ调查

EPQ investigation among the passenger train stewards

目的为探讨中长途旅客列车乘务员应具备什么样的个性特征。方法本文采用艾森克人格问卷（ＥＰＱ）对２３０名旅客列车乘务员进行调查，其中男６９名，平均年龄３０．５７岁，女１６１名，平均年龄３０．６０岁。结果男性客运乘务员＜ ３０岁、３０～３９岁组Ｅ量表分均高于常模，并有极显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．００１），＜ ３０、３０～３９岁组 Ｐ量表分均低于常模（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１），＞ ４０岁组与常模接近 Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。女性，＜ ３０岁、３０～３９岁组 Ｅ量表分均高于常模（ Ｐ＜ ０．００１）。各年龄组Ｐ量表分均低于常模（Ｐ＜０．０１）男性和女性的各年龄组Ｎ量表、Ｌ量表分均与常模接近（Ｐ＞０．０１）。结论经校标校正后认为外向稳定型的人更适合担任旅客列车乘务工作。

Objective In order to study what kind of individual character is stitable for the steward job on a long-distance train.Methods EPQ was used in the investigation of 230 stewards, including 69 men aged averagely 30.57 and 161 women aged aver- agely 30.60. Results Compared with the normal normal, the men E tables of the < 30 and 30 ～ 39 years groups were significantly higher (P < 0.00l) and their P tables were obviously lower (P < 0.01),whereas the women E tables of the < 30 and 30 ～39 years groups were also higher (P < 0.001),and their P tables of each year groups were also higher (P < 0.001),and their P tables of each year groups were all lower (P < 0.01). Their N tables and L tables of each year groups appeared to be closed to that of the normal groups. Conclusion The result indicated that the steady and extrovision men seemed to be more suitable for the steward job on a long distance train.
