从企业人事档案管理工作的实际出发,采用JSP动态网页开发技术,设计出采用SQLServer2008数据库进行开发的B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式的人事管理系统,从系统开发环境、模块设计、系统测试三个方面介绍了人事档案管理系统的开发过程。

From the actuality of enterprise personnel records management, using JSP dynamic web development technology, the paper designs the personnel management system with the mode of B/S （Browser/Server） developed by SQL Server 2008 database. The development process is introduced from three aspects of system development environment, module design and system test.
