摘要
企业的发展离不开企业文化,如何处理好母子文化之间的共性与个性,是集团企业文化建设面临的重要课题。文章分析论述了当前集团与下属子公司如何进行文化融合,进而推动企业转型跨越发展。
The development of enterprises is inseparable from the corporate culture. It is an important issue faced by the corporate culture construction in Groups how to deal with the commonality and individuality of parent-subsidiary culture properly. The article analyzes and discusses how the Group makes cultural integration with its subsidiaries at present, thus promoting the transformation and spanning development of the enterprise.
