Revising Standards of Coatings in Suitable Time to Provide Technical Support for the License Issuing Work

对纳入生产许可证管理的涂料产品涉及的标准的改进方面进行了介绍,并从主要成膜物质种类、适用范围、产品部分技术指标等方面与原标准进行了对比,表明作为发证产品检验依据的产品标准适时进行修订,将为涂料许可证发证工作的进一步完善提供有力的技术支撑。

This paper introduces the modification of the standards involved in the coatings products brought into license management and narrates the improvements of new standards from original standards in film forming material, applicable scope and technical indicators. It is showed that timely revision of coatings product standards as the test basis of licensing products will provide strong technical support for the improvement of license issuing work.
