摘要
以钛酸丁酯、正硅酸乙酯为前躯体,采用溶胶-凝胶法低温制备具有光催化活性的纳米TiO2/SiO2复合薄膜,并且考察了试验温度、pH值、涂覆层数、搅拌速度等因素对涂层亲水性能的影响。结果表明:试验温度为5℃、pH值=2.5、TiO2质量分数为50%、涂覆层数为3层、转速为1 500 r/min时所制得的TiO2/SiO2复合薄膜的接触角最小为6.8°。通过光催化和户外试验,表明自制的自清洁涂料具有良好的光催化效果与抗沾污性能。
This paper introduces the method of sol-gel to prepare nano TiO2/SiO2 composite coating with photocatalytic activity at low temperature with tetra-n-butyl titanate and ethyl silicate as former body; analyzes the influence of temperature, PH value, layer number and stirring speed on the hydrophilicity of the coating. Result turns out to be that, under the condition of 5 ℃, pH=2.5, TiO, content of 50%, 3 layers, rotational speed of 1500 r/min, the contact angle of TiO:/SiO: composite film can reach a minimum of 6.8°. Outdoor experiment and photocatalysis indicates that our self-cleansing coatings are of excellent contamination resistance and photocatalysis effect.
