摘要
频域Relax方法能有效提取平稳信号中的某一特定频率成分,在工频供电的非调速笼型异步电机故障诊断过程中,可以用来剔除工频分量,凸显故障特征。但是对变频调速动态过程中的电机而言,输入电压频率随时间变化。针对恒加速运行模式下的变频调速异步电机,提出一种基于分数阶Fourier和频域Relax算法进行故障提取的方法,通过分数阶Fourier变换将线调频变化的电流主分量转换成恒频分量,再通过频域Relax方法提取和剔除该恒频成分,突出故障特征。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。
Relax algorithms in frequency domain not only can withdraw effectively some frequency component in the steady signal, but also reject industrial frequency component and highlight the fault characteristic in fault diagnosis of asynchronous squirrel cage induction motors drived by industrial frequency' s power. However, with regard to motor in dynamic process of using variational frequency to adjust the speed, Input voltage' s frequency along with time varia- tion. In view of motor of using variational frequency to adjust the speed in acceleration. A new method based on frac- tional Fourier transform and Relax algorithms in frequency domain withdrawing fault was presented. First through frac- tional Fourier transform transformation, it change the initial and principal current component to be constant, and then Relax method extract and disallowance this component, overhangcharacter of breaks. The simulation results proved this method effective.
