摘要
目的:低温等离子髓核成形术联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析我院800例自2004年至2010年因颈椎间盘突出住院行低温等离子联合臭氧治疗的患者。结果:所有病例术后随访3月-36个月,治疗优良率91.25%,无一例发生严重并发症。结论:低温等离子髓核成形术联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症安全、损伤小、优势互补、临床疗效较好。
Objective: To analyse the clinical efficacy of low-temperature plasma nucleoplasty combined with ozone on treatment of cervical disc herniation. Method: From 2004 to 2010, 800 patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with low temperature plasma combined with ozone therapy in our hospital. The the clinical efficacy was retrospectively analysed. Results: All postoperative patients were followed-up lbr 3 - 36 months. The rate of excellent and good was 91.25%. No cases was with severe complications. Conclusion: Low-temperature plasma nucleoplasty combined with ozone were an effective treatment for cervical intervertebral disc, with the advantages of safety, small injuries and complement.
