50℃脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛患者的临床效果 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨50℃脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法:对我院42℃标准脉冲射频治疗后效果欠佳的原发三叉神经痛患者32例行50℃脉冲射频治疗,评价治疗前后的疼痛程度数字评分(numerical rating scale,NRS),记录并发症发生情况。结果:42℃标准脉冲射频治疗后效果欠佳改行50℃脉冲射频治疗后NRS较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后面部有轻度麻木感,但短期内(平均2.1月)即可完全恢复,无其他严重并发症发生。结论:50℃脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛安全、有效,是42℃标准脉冲射频无效时的临床选择。 Objective: To estimate the efficacy and safety of 50℃ pulsed radiofrequency therapy for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients. Methods: Thirty-two primary trigeminal neuralgia patien- ts formerly treated with standard pulsed radiofrequency (42℃) ineffectively, were then treated with 50℃pulsed radiofrequency. The pain degree (numerical rating scale, NRS) and the complication were observed. Results: NRS decreased significantly after the treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). No serious complication was observed after 50℃pulsed radiofrequency expect for mild numbness which recovered after a short period (2.1 months ). Conclusion: 50 ℃ pulsed radiofrequency was a safe, effective clinical choice when standard pulsed radiofrequency was ineffective for primary trigeminal neuralgia patients.
