胃癌、食管癌患者血浆及粘膜组织中ET-1浓度的测定

Teh Concentrations of ET-1 in the Plasma and the Tissues of Patients with Stomach and Esophagus Cancer were Measured

目的 探讨内皮素在上消化道肿瘤中的作用。方法 本文测定了 19例胃癌及 10例食管癌患者血浆及组织内ET 1的浓度。结果 胃癌及食管癌组织中ET 1的含量显著增高 (57 4 1± 2 9 94 )。与对照组 (8 57± 3 32 )比较P <0 0 1。血浆ET 1的浓度亦增高 ,分别为 2 7 0 1± 5 95及2 7 4 5± 6 2 4 ,与对照组比较P <0 0 1。但各细胞学类型之间血浆ET 1的含量无差异。结论 ET 1可能参与了肿瘤的发生及发展 ,这为进一步研究内皮素对消化道肿瘤的作用提供了一线索。

Objective To investigate the effect of endothelin on the digestive tract tumor,Methods the plasma and tissues levels of endothelin (ET) were determined by RIA in 19 cases of stomach cancer and 10 case of esophagus cancer.Results The results revealed that the ET 1 levels in the cancer tissues were increased (57 41±29 41).The concentrations of ET 1 in plasma were significantly higher in stomach cancer group and esophagus cancer group,27 01±5 95 and 27 45±6 24 respectively,than in control group,but the plasma ET 1 levels were not different in every cell type.Condusion These results suggest that ET 1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of tumor.These will supply a clue for further study of the effect of ET 1 on digestive tract tumor.
