大株红景天治疗老年冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Rhodiola kirilowii Regel Treat the Senile Stability of Exertional Angina Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察大株红景天治疗老年冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将65例分为两组,对照组30例血塞通注射液10g/次,2次/d。治疗组35例大株红景天10mL/次,加入250mL5%葡萄糖注射液,1次/d,。均15 d为1疗程。观察心绞痛及心电图疗效。治疗1疗程(15d)判定疗效。[结果]治疗组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]红景天治疗冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻型胸痹安全有效。

[ Method] Using random parallel control method, 65 subjects were divided into two groups, 30 cases in the blood plug injection 10 g/time, 2 times a/d. Observe angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative effect. For I treatment （15 days） determine the curative effect. [ Result ] The treatment group angina treatment effect and electrocardiogram curative effect is better than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Rhodiola blood stasis resistance treatment of coronary heart disease, angina type obstruction is safe and effective.
