纤维肌痛综合征系非关节性风湿病,原因不明,临床表现为全身肌肉骨骼系统多处疼痛,并伴有疲劳、焦虑、睡眠障碍、头痛、肠道刺激症状、关节肿胀和麻木感等。特异性表现为特殊部位压痛点,多在经脉循行部位,和经络穴位走行相对应,阳经4条,阴经2条。调畅气机、舒肝解郁可治疗本病。
