中医药诊治变应性鼻炎概况

变应性鼻炎(AR)是耳鼻咽喉科常见变态反应性疾病,反复发作,迁延难愈。西药虽可迅速有效控制症状,但难以根治。本病类似中医"鼻鼽",历代医家对其病因病机的分析,仍在指导临床诊治,诊断标准、病因病机、辨证分型等研究取得了长足发展,使用玉屏风散、鼻鼽汤、鼻鼽冲剂、针灸配合刮痧、滴鼻剂多种手段辨证施治,疗效满意。未来有待于统一诊断治疗标准、开展多中心临床试验研究。

The disease is similar to tradi- tional Chinese medicine ＂ allergic rhinitis＂ , history of Chinese medicine for its etiology and pathogenesis analy-sis, is still in a guide to clinical management, diagnostic criteria, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differ- entiation and other research has obtained the considerable development, the use of Yuping Feng San, allergic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis granules decoction, acupuncture and scraping, drops of various means of differentia-tion treatment, curative effect satisfaction. The future remains to be a unified standard of diagnosis and treat- ment, the conduct of multicenter clinical study.
