基于Talbot效应的LED器件测试技术研究

摘要 研究了基于Talbot效应的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)驱动和普通恒流驱动造成的LED光通量、光效、色温等参数的差异。在实验室现有测试设备基础上提出了适用于PWM驱动形式的特殊测试方法,自制了测试工具,初步比较了两种驱动方式对于器件性能的影响,实验结果表明:PWM驱动的LED平均光通量测试方法有效解决了实验室现有设备只能测试恒定信号的限制。PWM驱动方式在控制色温上有优势,但会降低器件光效,实际应用时应加以注意。 Based on the Talbot effect, the differences of luminous flux, luminous efficacy and color temperature between the pulse width modulation (PWM) driving and the constant current driving LED has been researched. A dedicated test method is brought forward, and an additional test system is designed based on the existing test equipment. Test results show that the test method is useful and that PWM driving does have advantages in controlling the color temperature, but at the expense of its luminous efficacy, which should be paid attention in application.
