The advantages of using LED luminaires in railway tunnel lighting are described.The benefits from LED tunnel luminaires used in railway lighting projects are analyzed.The simulation and the analysis for a real project are carried out to illustrate the potential of LED luminaires in railway tunnel lighting application.
