离子色谱法测定自来水中ClO_2^-、ClO_3^-及其他阴离子化合物 被引量:1

Determination of ClO_2^-,ClO_3^- and other anions in tap water by ion chromatography

摘要 建立了离子色谱法同时测定自来水中氟、亚氯酸根、氯、氯酸根、硝酸根、硫酸根离子的方法。采用稀释进样,过0.22μm的滤膜对样品进行处理,用离子色谱法进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法峰面积定量。最佳色谱条件为:以2.4mmol/L碳酸钠为淋洗液,柱温60℃,流速0.7mL/mm。在此条件下,各种离子色谱峰型对称,相关性好(r>0.9998),相对标准偏差为1.10%~2.09%,样品加标回收率在91.2%~110.1%之间。本方法操作简单,线性好,准确性高,具有较好的实用性。 A method is established for the determination of F , ClO2-, Cl , ClO3 , NO3-, SO4^2- in tap water by IC (ion chromatography) .After preparing samples by using dilution and filtering with 0.22μm filter mem brane, the ions were detected by IC, qualit was displayed by retention time and quantit was displayed by peak area (external standards). The selected best chromatographic conditions as follows: 2.4mmol/L sodium carbonate was as the eluent, column temperature was 60℃, the flow rate was 0.7mL/min. On these conditions, every ani- on was carried out with symmetric peak. It was showed that this method had a good relativity (r〉0. 9998) and good analytic precision (RSD was among 1.10% - 2.09%) . The average recoveries were 91.2% - 110.1%. This method is simple, well linear, accurate and has better practical applicability.
