齐刺法结合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症疗效观察

Curative Effect of Triple Needling and Washing of TCM for Patients with Heel Pain

目的:观察采用齐刺法结合中药熏洗为主治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将60例跟痛症患者随机分为针刺治疗组和药物封闭对照组,针刺治疗组用齐刺法结合中药熏洗治疗,药物封闭对照组采用利多卡因和曲安奈德混合液局部封闭治疗。结果:针刺治疗组总有效率为100%,药物封闭组总有效率为80%,针刺组疗效好于封闭组(P<0.05)。结论:齐刺法结合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combination of triple needling and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the patients with heel pain.Methods：60 patients were randomly divideded into two groups（the treatment group and the control group）.The treatment group was treated by the combination of triple needling and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was blocked with 2% Lidocain and Triamcinolone acetonide.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group（100%） was more effective than that in the control group（80%）.The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of the combination of triple needling and washing of traditional Chinese medicine is an effective treatment.
