生脉饮防治抗精神病药物不良反应120例

SHENGMAI YIN PREVENTION AND CURE OF ADVERSE DRUG REACTION OF ANTIPSYCHOTICS 120 CASES

目的:观察生脉饮预防及治疗抗精神病药物所引起的药物不良反应的疗效。方法:随机抽取180例住院精神分裂症患者,设立预防组、治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组出现药物不良反应时用西药对症治疗,预防组在服抗精神病药物同时口服生脉饮,治疗组出现药物不良反应时口服生脉饮。预防、治疗两组每隔2、4、6W观察不良反应减少情况。结果:预防组及治疗组出现的药物不良反应如头晕、窦性心动过速、心电图T波异常、口干、便秘、震颤等发生率明显减低或有治疗作用。结论:生脉饮对抗精神病药物的部分不良反应有一定预防作用和疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shengmai Yin on the prevention and cure of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) of antipsychotics.Method:To random sample 180 cases hospitalized schizophrenic paitents and divide them equally into three groups:prevention group,cure group,and comparison group.The patients in the comparison group were treated by western medicine when they produced ADRs.Those in the prevention group took antipsychotics and drank Shengmai Yin.Those in the cure group,when accuring ADRs only drank Shengmai Yin.The decrease of ADRs in the prevention group and cure group was observed 2,4,6 weeks.Result:In the pr evention group and cure group,obvious decline incidence of ADRs,such as dizziness,sinus mode tachycardia,EKG T wave abnormality,thirst,constipation,tremor,etc.Conclusion:Shengmai Yin has preventive and curative effect on some ADRs of antipsychotics.
