New Chances and New Thinking of Development Strategy for China Hydraulic Industry

作者长期对于我国液压行业的工业经济与技术的协调发展给予了关注。对于目前发展中的新格局、新形式与新特点感到应得到更大关注并可以相互借鉴,对其中可能存在的问题或不足也提出了自己的看法与建议。期望我国的液压行业与所在的企业能抓住目前的战略机遇期,使我国当今的液压大国地位尽快地迈向液压强国,并在市场与产品层面显示成功。但总的看,我们行业面临的体制局限、企业管理软实力不强、基础件的基础材料的困境、成熟的企业家队伍的形成、创新理念的深入都是有巨大挑战性的问题,使我们在大好机遇期中需要找到一条适合我们的路子来。本文试图抛砖引玉,促进发展。

The author is paying attention to the development of hydraulics industry and its economy related. At present, there are many creative features in the domestic industry which should be known by our hydraulic enterprises that could be learnt or practiced further. In the meanwhile, the comments or proposals are given by the author to promote the situation so that makes our industry from top two to real powerful either in market or in products. But there are a lot of challenges in the industry such as enterprise mechanism, management, raw material, ambitious entrepreneurs and initiatives. We should work out together for these challenges in such favorite environment. This is the purpose of this paper.
