从工程实际出发,探讨工程现场签证、零星委托的有效管理方法,并以某核电站核岛安装承包商现场签证及零星委托的管理为例进行相关实证研究,为解决目前核电站建设项目的现场签证及零星委托的管理提出可资借鉴的管理方法。

This paper explores the effective management method of the construction site visa and sporadic commission from the view of engineering practice,does some analysis with the related example about the management on site visa and sporadic commission of a nuclear power plant installation.All these provide a management method which can be used for reference to solve the current project site visa and sporadic commission management in nuclear power plant construction.
