摘要
基于协同管控设计以项目为主的强矩阵组织结构,探讨生产设计资源和项目管理资源的均衡配置路径,建立横向与纵向相结合的企业自组织协同路径。通过对协同管控的概念解析和实证研究,为工程建设企业创新组织结构和项目管理模式提供借鉴。
Based on the synergic management,this paper designs the strong matrix organization structure which focuses on the project,researches the way to averagely allocate resources of producing,designing and project management,establishes enterprise's crosswise and longitudinal self-organization synergy way,in order to provide reference for other companies to innovate organizational structure and method of project management,through making the conceptual analysis and empirical research on synergic management.
