绿色财政是指国家在调节经济,争取经济适度增长的同时,注重自然生态平衡,合理配置自然资源与人力资源,维护社会长远利益及长久发展,对社会产品进行分配与再分配的活动,它强调以人为本的经济、社会及自然生态系统的协调发展。这些观点与生态社会主义主张经济发展同自然环境相协调、满足人类需要、构建人与自然和谐发展的社会主义社会等理论有很多相通之处。因此,推动实现绿色财政,践行生态社会主义的观点,有利于我国经济社会的可持续发展。

Green finance is the activities about social product＇s distribution and redistribution.when the state regulates the economy and fights for moderate economic growth,it emphasises on the natural ecological balance,rational distribution of natural resources,human resources and maintaining long-term benefits and long-term development,and also emphasises on people-centered economic,social and natural ecosystem integral,coordinate development.There are many things in common between green finance eco-socialist ideas,such as economic development in harmony with the natural environment to meet human needs,building a harmonious development of man and nature.So promoting the realization of green finance,put the ecological socialism point of view into practice,which can accelerate China＇s economic and social sustainable development.
