摘要
当前,我国检察机关民事行政检察工作迎来了很好的发展机遇,但是由于主客观原因的约束,检察机关民行工作的进一步拓展也遭遇到了不少阻碍。在现有体制下,加强息诉工作,扩大监督范围,妥善利用督促起诉,充分利用这三种手段可以较好地为新时期民行检察工作打开新局面。
It is a good time for the procuratorial supervision system in civil proceedings and administrative litigation.But there are also some difficulties hinder the development of this work.We can reshape the situation in current system in some ways,such as strengthen the work of lawsuits ended,extending the scope of surveillance and urging the prosecution well.
