摘要
基于"2009大连(第三届)年度最佳雇主"评选活动,通过对"大连十佳雇主"企业人力资源管理特点与我国人力资源管理普遍状况进行比较分析,发现"大连十佳雇主"人力资源管理优势所在,进而通过"大连十佳雇主"分别从招聘、培训、薪酬管理、绩效管理、员工关系等方面提出人力资源管理发展新趋势。
Based on the activities of "2009 Dalian(the third) annual Best Employers",through the comparative analysis between "Dalian top ten employers" and the overall HRM status of our country,found the strength of "Dalian top ten employers",and then put forward the new tendencies of HRM development from the following aspects,i.e.,recruitment,training,compensation and welfare management,performance management and employment relationship management.
