In the era when logistics industry develops rapidly,logistics finance will develops appropriately.It could be imagined that logistics finance,during its fast development,will confront some difficulties and challenges.This paper introduces the concept of logistics finance,especially the business model of inventory financing,analyzes the risks that third-party logistics companies confront during their logistics practices under the condition of supply chain cooperation,and proposes several suggestions and countermeasures,expecting to make a better understanding of logistics finance.
