热敷腰骶部背腧穴促进妇科腹部术后患者排气的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Pyrogenic Dressing on Back-shu Points at Lumbosacral Portion on the Exsufflation after Gynecologic Abdominal Operation

目的:促进妇科腹部手术患者肠蠕动功能的恢复。方法:采用热水袋热敷腰骶部背腧穴的方法,对20例诊断为子宫及卵巢良性肿瘤,在硬膜外麻醉下行全子宫切除术及(或)卵巢良性肿瘤切除术后患者,在术后排气、排便时间及肠鸣音恢复等方面进行了系统观察,并与20例术后按常规护理的对照组进行了对比。结果:术后给予热敷背腧穴治疗的患者,热敷1h后肠鸣音次数明显增加(P<0.001);术后第一次排气、排便时间均较未热敷组明显缩短(P<0.001),两组患者术后第一次排气时间分别为35.3±12.4h与60.9±18.2h,术后第一次排便时间分别为64.1±20.6h与92.5±23.8h,比较有显著性差异。结论:妇科腹部术后患者热敷腰骶部背腧穴,可以明显促进患者排气、排便功能恢复,缩短术后第一次排气、排便时间,有利于患者术后康复。

In order to promote the recovery of peristalsis after gynecologic abdominal operation,pyrogenic dressing(hot water bag) on back shu points at lumbosacral points was appllied.After total hysterectomy and/or excision of benign tumor of ovary for 20 cases of benign tumor of uterus and ovary under peridural anesthesia,the time of exsufflation and defecation as well as the recovery of bowel sound were observed and compared with controls who received routine care.The results showed that after 1h pyrogenic dressing,the times of bowel sound increased significantly( P <0.001);the first time of exsufflation and defecation and operation was considerably shorter than that of the controls( P <0.001).The first time of exsufflation of the two groups was 35.3h±12.4h and 60.9h±18.2h respectively, and the first time of defecation of the two groups was 64.1h±20.6h and 92.5h±23.8h respectively.The difference was significant.It is suggested that pyrogenic dressing on back shu points after gynecologic abdominal operation is quite effective in promoting the recovery of exsufflation and defecation function,shortening the first time of exsufflation and defecation,and helping the rehabilitation of the patients.
