摘要
崇启大桥主桥为102+4×185+102 m的6跨连续单箱单室变截面钢箱梁桥,是目前国内已建和在建中的最大主跨和最大联长连续钢箱梁桥。在我国现行公路和铁路钢桥制造和安装规程不能完全适用于本桥,且在各国规范没有规定钢箱梁节段制造及架设精度标准的条件下,为顺利完成该桥钢箱梁的制造和架设并保证成桥线形和内力分布满足设计要求,结合其带挑臂钢箱梁的结构特点,根据我国当前钢箱梁的制造、架设条件并借鉴其他国家工程实践经验,制定了崇启大桥主桥钢箱梁节段制造、预拼装和吊装大段的精度标准和架设精度标准。
Chongqi Main Bridge is a 102 + 4 × 185 + 102m six - span continuous steel - single - box - girder bridge with the longest span and longest length in present China. Under the condition that the current highway and railway steel bridge manufacture and installation standards are not suitable to Chongqi Main Bridge and no codes in any country specify the manufacture and erection precision of the steel- box- girder,the manufacture and erection precision of Chongqi Main Bridge steel - box - girder are made here. These preeesions are made by considering structural characteristics of the steel - box - girder with cantilever, current domestic manufacture and erection level and construction experiences of other countries simultaneously. And these preeesions are very important for the bridge construction and the shape and internal force distribution of the main girder.
