完善我国公共租赁房租金定价模式的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 公共租赁房租金定价模式是我国公共租赁房体系建设的核心内容。我国各地现有的公共租赁房租金定价模式大多属于"保本微利"模式,这种模式没有充分重视租户的承受能力和公共租赁房的保障性质,不利于公共租赁房的持续健康发展。针对这一问题,本文考察和分析了香港公屋租金定价模式,分析了我国部分城市公共租赁房租金定价模式存在的问题,设计了新的定价原则和考虑租户收入水平差异性的公共租赁房"租金-收入"定价模式及具体实施途径。
