摘要
目的观察一种快速手消毒液对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对两种醇类快速手消毒液杀灭临床分离的30株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的效果进行了检测。结果两种快速手消毒液分别为浓度75%的乙醇和异丙醇液体制剂。用浓度为体积分数75%乙醇消毒液或异丙醇消毒液对30株临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌作用20 s,杀灭率均达到100%。结论两种快速手消毒液对MR-SA均具有良好的杀灭效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection property of a alcohol hand-rub to the methicilin resistance Staphylococcus aureus.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to detect the germicidal efficacy of the two alcohols based alcohol hand-rub to 30 strains of clinical isolated MRSA.Results The two quick hand disinfectants are 75% alcohol and 75% dimethyl carbinol.The killing rates of both disinfectants were 100% to the 30 strains of MRSA in 20 seconds.Conclusion The two alcohol hand-rub have good efficacy to kill MRSA.
