桉木硫酸盐浆漆酶/天然介体体系漂白的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验对桉木硫酸盐浆进行了漆酶/天然介体漂白。以1-羟基苯并三唑(HBT)作为合成介体和8种植物酚类化合物,香草醛、香草酸、丁香醛、丁香酸、对羟基苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲酸、乙酰丁香酮、阿魏酸作为天然介体用于漆酶/介体漂白。采用了LQP漂序的全无氯和D0(EOP)D1漂序的无元素氯漂白。本文比较漂白浆性能,并对8种酚类物质作为漆酶漂白介体进行了比较。对漂白废水的污染负荷以及浆料中己烯糖醛酸的含量进行了分析。 In this study,eucalyptus pulp was bleached using laccase-natural/synthetic mediator-system(LMS) HBT(synthetic mediator) and eight different natural plant phenols,namely vanillin,vanillic acid,syringaldehyde,syringic acid,hydroxybenzaldehyde,hydroxybenzoic acid,acetosyringone,ferulic acid were used as mediators in laccase bleaching.The performances of the eight natural mediators were evaluated.LQP and Do(EOP)D1 ECF bleaching were carried out.Properties of bleached pulps were compared and the pollution loads of bleaching effluents including CODcrand BOD5 were discussed.The contents of HexA were also analyzed.
