摘要
本文论述了无碳复写纸微胶囊的生产方法,并重点从壁材(三聚氰胺甲醛树脂)的合成、芯材(色油)的制备、胶囊的乳化、保温等工艺说明了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂法生产微胶囊的方法以及生产过程应注意的问题。
Titanium dioxide with good optical properties, easy dispersion, aging and chemical stability, is widely used in paper industry. This paper introduces the rutile type nanometer TiO2 properties, production methods, and explores the main method for preparation of nano rutile type by sulphuric acid method. The MaErWen laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction in- strument were used for characterizing the product. The experimental results show that the titanium dioxide prepared has smaller size and good whiteness.
