摘要
对市场上有代表性的苯丙及聚氨酯类合成表面施胶剂的理化性能进行了分析,并研究了表面施胶浓度、施胶量、纸张抗水性能之间的相互作用关系。结果表明,苯丙及聚氨酯类表面施胶剂在离子性和电荷密度方面差异很大;高的原纸吸收性和较低的施胶液浓度可以有效提高表面施胶淀粉用量,降低生产成本,但会导致胶料成膜性差,抗水性能下降;通过合理优化表面施胶工艺,苯丙表面施胶剂和聚氨酯表面施胶剂均可赋予纸张良好的抗水性,且在文化用纸中采用表面施胶完全取代浆内施胶是可行的。
The performances of phenylpropanoids and polyurethane synthesized surface sizing agents were character- ized and the interaction among sizing concentration, sizing amount, water resistance was studied in this paper. The results showed that the two synthesized surface sizing agents had quite different ionicity and charge density; high absorption of base paper and low sizing concentration can increase surface sizing amount and thus reduce production cost, but it also can lead to poor filming ability of sizing agent and poor water resistance. By the technological opti- mization, both phenylpropanoids surface sizing agent and polyurethane surface sizing agent can result in good water resistance of paper, it is feasible that inner-sizing can be fully replaced by surface sizing in writing paper produc- tion
