摘要
将模糊数学的决策方法与管理学中目标管理(MBO)绩效考核理论相耦合,构建科学合理的高校体育教师绩效评价体系模型,在设计高校体育教师绩效指标的基础上,运用层次分析法与综合评价法确定指标的权重与绩效的评估,重点改进现行高校体育教师绩效评价标准与实施方法,旨在对高校体育教师评价工作给予一定的借鉴意义。
This paper combines decision making of fuzzy mathematics with MBO performance evaluation system in management theories,constructs reasonable performance evaluation system model of PE teachers.Based on designing the indicators of performance,the paper uses AHP and comprehensive evaluation to confirm the weight and performance evaluation.The emphasis is to improve the standards of evaluation and implementation methods,in order to provide references for PE teacher evaluation work.
