运用专家访谈法、文献资料法等研究方法,在对中国职业篮球发展现状深入了解的基础上,通过构建中国职业篮球联赛供应链,对其进行比较深入、全面的分析,旨在保证中国职业篮球联赛的健康、有序化发展。结果表明:中国职业篮球联赛供应链是由多利益相关群体组成的供需网络价值链,实质是通过各节点企业之间的协调、合作,节约成本,实现供应链整体利益最大化;中国职业篮球联赛具有服务业和表演业的特征,产业化程度较低,但核心企业的产业关联性极强;中国职业篮球俱乐部是中国篮球产业发展的行为主体和中国篮球市场的供给主体;中国职业篮球联赛供应链的物流分为显形物流和隐性物流,信息流总体上是双向流动的,资金流表现为从后向前的流动趋势;中国职业篮球联赛供应链业务流程属于推拉式管理模式。

Through the means of expert interview and literature consultation,the insight of the status of CBA makes it possible for the research,the attempt of which is to set up series of comprehensive analysis on the supply chain of CBA players.The main purpose is to heap the favor for the wholesome and scientific development of CBA.The result shows that the supply chain,a value chain by nature,is a kind of demand and supply network assembled by multiple parties of interests.Cooperation and Coordination in between minimize cost on one hand and maximize interest and profit on the other.The dominating feature of trade in CBA is of service and entertainment,thus it is marked with low degree of industrialization.But the degree of association between enterprises is remarkably extensive.CBA clubs,the sole conducting agent of Chinese basketball industry,is also the only object of supply.The two types of physical distribution,apparent and hidden,leave no place for the others in system of CBA supply chain.The flow of information is generally reciprocal,while the capital flow represented in such a trend as it moves from the bottom to the top.Meanwhile,the mode of orchestration in the supply chain is categorized as a form of push-and-pull set.
