Many educators suggest quality education to college students should be given top attention in this modern time.According to the investigation,there are many causes of restricting the development on college art students＇ professional quality and morality,such as lack of study motivation,the negative views defined by social environment and so on.Some countermeasures will be explored after analyzing the factors.
