摘要
根据McClelland的胜任特征理论和冰山模型,构建社会体育指导员胜任特征。通过访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对体育社会指导员胜任特征进行了研究,结果表明:(1)社会体育指导员胜任特征包括内隐特征和外显特征两个层面;(2)根据结构方程原理,构建了社会体育指导员胜任特征结构关联模型,发现六个维度对胜任特征作用的直接影响存在一定的差异性,其影响大小分别为:个人特质(0.74)、服务意识(0.66)、专业知识(0.62)、指导技能(0.57)、自我概念(0.49)、关注学员(0.47);(3)不同级别、科班、工作时间的社会体育指导员的胜任特征水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。
This study is based on McClelland's competency theory and the iceberg model, and build social sports instructor competency, through questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other methods of sports social in- structor competency has been studied, results showed that: ( 1 ) social sports instructors competent features in- clude two levels, namely the implicit features explicit feature ; (2) According to the principles of structural equa- tion to construct a social structure associated with sports instructor competency model and found that six dimen- sions of the role of the direct impact of competency there are some differences, the impact of size are: personal characteristics (0.74), service awareness (0.66), knowledge (0.62), coaching skills ( 0.57 ), self-concept (0.49), attention to students (0.47) ; (3) different levels, subjects, working hours, social sports instructors competency levels were significantlv different ( P 〈 0.05 ).
