摘要
己内酯是一种无毒的新型聚酯单体,它的聚合产物聚己内酯被称为"绿色化学品"。主要介绍了制备己内酯的环己酮氧化法,重点阐述了环己酮氧化法中的过氧酸氧化法、H2O2氧化法、分子氧氧化法和生物氧化法,并比较和评价了各种方法的优缺点;对于H2O2氧化法,分析和比较了均相催化剂体系和非均相催化剂体系的特点。与传统的过氧酸氧化法相比,用H2O2或分子氧氧化环己酮制备己内酯具有安全、经济、环保等优点,符合当代绿色化学发展的要求,具有很好的发展前景。
Caprolactone(COSC) is a new nontoxic monomer used in synthesis ofpoly(caprolactone) which is called a green chemical. Synthesis of COSC by oxidation of cyclohexanone was mainly introduced. The oxidation of cyclohexanone with per-carboxylic acid, H2O2 or O2, and the enzymecatalysis method were summarized. For the HH2O2 method, the homogeneous catalyst systems were compared with the heterogeneous catalyst systems. The oxidation of cyclohexanone with HH2O2 or O2 was safer, more economical and more environmentally friendly than that with percarboxylic acid.
