摘要
介绍315/80R22.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线导向轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 076mm,断面宽314mm,行驶面宽度237mm,行驶面弧度高7.84mm,胎圈着合直径570.5mm,胎圈着合宽度240.8mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.030,花纹深度16mm,花纹饱和度63.7%,采用条形花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和速度性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 315/80R22.5 18PR tubeless truck and bus radial steering tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 076 mm,cross-sectional width 314 mm,width of running surface 237 mm,height of running surface 7.84 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 240.8 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.030,pattern depth 16 mm,block/groove ratio 63.7%,with the design of strip pattern groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply,4 layers 3×0.2+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
