摘要
试验研究轻质碳酸钙等量替代普通再生胶在充气轮胎轮辋实心轮胎胎芯胶中的应用。结果表明,在充气轮胎轮辋实心轮胎胎芯胶中以轻质碳酸钙等量替代普通再生胶,对胶料硫化特性、硫化胶物理性能及成品性能无不良影响,可改善胶料的混炼工艺性能,降低生产成本,减少环境污染。
The application of light calcium carbonate in core rubber of solid tire for pneumatic tire rim was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,by using light calcium carbonate to replace general reclaimed rubber by equal weight,the curing behavior of compound,physical properties of vulcanizate and performance of finished tire changed slightly,the mixing behavior of compound was improved,the production cost was reduced,and the environmental pollution was also reduced.
