摘要
在四川省泸定水电站厂房安装间框排架清水混凝土施工前,针对清水混凝土的原材料、配合比、模板、分缝、棱角、混凝土浇筑、振捣、养护等环节进行了全面的工艺试验,找出最佳组合用于正式施工,并在施工质量控制过程中通过精细化管理,保证了清水混凝土的工程质量,取得较好的外观效果。
Before placement of the framed bent exposed concrete of the assembly bay in the powerhouse of the Luding hydropower plant in Sichuan Province, all necessary technological tests were carried out for raw materials, mix proportion, formwork, jointing, edge and comers, placement, vibration and curing of exposed concrete, and then the optimum combination was found out and used for the construction. Meanwhile, meticulous management was applied to assuring the quality of the exposed concrete during construction quality control, achieving a good outward appearance.
