摘要
应用HP6890气相色谱对汽油中含氧化合物(醇类和醚类)含量的分析方法进行了研究。采用柱切换—反吹气相色谱技术,利用强极性的微填充TCEP不锈钢柱作预切柱,放空挥发性轻烃,保留醇醚类含氧化合物,并将其反吹至石英毛细管WCOT柱进行详细分离,分析了阀切换时间可能影响定量准确性的原因,通过调整预切柱位置建立最佳的实验条件,用内标法定量,同时对方法的准确度和精密度进行了验证。结果表明,采用气相色谱分析技术,可以快速、准确地测定清洁汽油中的含氧化合物含量。
To determine the contents of the oxygenates in gasoline by a gas chromatography HP6890 technology.Using column switching backflushing chromatography,strong polar microtubules populate the TCEP stainless steel column for pre-column,to vent volatile hydrocarbon,remaine oxygenates and separe them by blowing to quartz capillary column WCOT.To analyze the reasons of which the valve switching time may affect the quantitative accuracy,to establish the optimal experimental conditions by adjusting the precut column position and to verify the accuracy and precision of the method using internal standard method.The results showed that the contents of oxygenates in gasoline could be determined rapidly and accurately by the method.
