摘要
以异丙烯膦酸 (IPPA)、丙烯酸 (AA)和丙烯酸羟丙酯 (HPA)为单体 ,水为溶剂 ,过硫酸铵为引发剂合成了异丙烯膦酸—丙烯酸—丙烯酸羟丙酯三元共聚物 (即YSS— 95 ) ,并对其阻垢和缓蚀性能进行了评定。结果表明 ,YSS— 95不仅具有优良的阻垢分散性能 ,而且对碳钢也有很好的缓蚀作用 。
YSS—95 is synthesized by water as solvent, persulfate ammomium as initiator,isopropenylphosphosphonic acid (IPPA)、 acrylic acid(AA)、hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) as monomers. The scale-corrosion inhibition has been evaluated. The result shows that YSS—95 is an excellent water stablizing agent for inhibiting CaCO 3、Ca 3(PO 4) 2,dispersing Zn 2+ 、Fe 2O 3 and inhibiting corrosion.
