摘要
针对传统感应加热电源中直流斩波环节开关损耗大、调压范围窄的缺点,提出一种新型的Buck-Boost软斩波电路,通过增加辅助开关管和谐振元件实现了主开关、辅助开关和主续流二极管的软开通和软关断。这里以180 kHz高频感应加热电源为研究对象,逆变侧采用基于IGBT倍频的单相桥式逆变电路,使输出频率为逆变器频率的两倍,逆变器输出匹配串联谐振负载。此处详细分析了新拓扑结构的工作过程,并通过实验证明了分析和设计的正确性和可行性。
A novel Buck-Boost soft-switching prototype is proposed so as to reduce switch loss and improve voltage range of the traditional induction heating power supply for power modulation.A auxiliary switch and resonant compo-nents is added in order to get soft-switching of main switch,auxiliary switch and each free-wheeling diode.This paper researches on 180 kHz intermediate frequency induction heating power supply,based on the IGBT parallel single-phase bridge inverter circuit,the frequency is double,the inverter output matches parallel resonance load.The working process of the new topological structure are analyzed,and the experimental results are provided to verify the analysis of the converter and the feasibility of the design.
