摘要
研究了一种热电充电装置,由热电发电器件、升压电路和电池构成。给出装置的工作原理,分析了最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)和功率匹配(PM)的两种控制模式。建立了完整的装置控制框图,讨论了由外到内MPPT&PM环、电压环和电流环的设计关系。重点分析了电压闭环数学模型,推导了其传递函数,详细分析了其阻尼系数、自然频率与动态响应的调整时间与超调量之间的关系,确立了电压环PI调节器设计方法,为装置的动态特性设计提供了参考。最后通过实验验证了模型参数设计。
A thermoelectric charger consists in thermoelectric generator,Boost converter and battery is researched.The theory of the device is explained.Two control modes,maximum power point tracing(MPPT) and power match(PM), are indicated.After building up the complete controller block,the relationship among the MPPTPM loop,the voltage loop and current loop are discussed.The mathematic models of the voltage loop are emphasized,including deriving its transfer function,and analyzing the relationship between damping factor ζ, natural frequency ωn and adjust time ts, overshoot σ% .The PI regulator parameters can be get based on the analysis.Finally the model is verified by the experiment waveforms.
