摘要
以药渣和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为碳源,通过平板初筛及多种酶活综合测定复筛,从深层封土、牛粪堆肥等样品中筛选到8株纤维素降解菌,其中菌株JX9的酶活最高,酶系组成最合理,其Cx、Cb、C1和FPA分别达到82.41、5.71、15.52和7.64 U/mL。
Cellulose-degrading bacteria play an important role in degradation of cellulose material.Using the herbal residues or the carboxymethyl cellulose-Na(CMC-Na) as carbon resource,8 cellulose-degrading bacteria strains were isolated from rotten wood,herbal residues compost soil,forest defoliation soil and farmhouse compost by plate screen and cellulase activity determination.Strain JX9 had the maximum cellulase activity with an optimal cellulase composition,as Cx,Cb,C1 and FPA of JX9 was 82.41、5.71、15.52 and 7.64 U/mL,respectively.
