摘要
作者对宝钢 142 0冷轧循环冷却水 ,水质稳定系统所采用的TRASAR控制技术的原理及其应用效果进行了分析 ,并与传统的控制方式做一对比。通过与传统的水处理药剂的投加控制方式的对比 ,对美国Nalco公司的专利TRASAR控制技术的适用范围。
The paper first analyses the theory and the effect of the TRASAR control technique which is used in Shanghai Baoshan Steel & Iron Group 1420 Cold Rolling Mill circulating cooling water and the water stabilizing system. Auther compares the TRASAR controlling solution with the traditional one. Comparing the chemical dosing method in water treatment with the traditional, the writer set forth deeply the application field, the character and the future of the TRASAR control technique, which is the patent of Nalco, USA.
