摘要 试验检测了采自海南省文昌鸡主要养殖地区的7种艾美耳球虫对5种常用抗球虫药的敏感性。根据最适抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量(ROP)和抗球虫指数(ACI)4项指标进行综合判定。结果表明,海南省文昌鸡主要养殖地区的鸡球虫对血球净、球虫净及高效球虫药呈现完全抗药性,而其对百球清和拉沙利药物没有产生抗药性,提示目前在海南省文昌鸡主要养殖地区应交替使用百球清和拉沙利药物,慎用或停用血球净、球虫净及高效球虫药。 Based on the criteria of percentage of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA),reduction of lesion scores(RIS),relative oocyst production(ROP) and anticoccidial index(ACI),the drug resistances of 7 mixed coccidia strains of Eimeria acervulina,E.tenella,E.necatrix,E.maxima,E.mitis,E.hagani,E.praecox from main Wenchang chicken cultured area of Hainan province to five anticoccidial drugs such as sulfachlorpyrazin sodium soluble power,compound amprolium hydrochloride soluble power,sulfaquinoxalin and diaveridine premix,toltrazuril solution and compound sulfamethoxazole power were detected in Wenchang Chicken.The results revealed that the strains were completely resistant to sulfachlorpyrazin sodium soluble power,compound amprolium hydrochloride soluble power and sulfaquinoxalin and diaveridine premix,not resistant to toltrazuril solution and compound sulfamethoxazole power.It was concluded that toltrazuril solution and compound sulfamethoxazole power can be used in main Wenchang chicken cultured area of Hainan Province,sulfachlorpyrazin sodium soluble power,compound amprolium hydrochloride soluble power,sulfaquinoxalin and diaveridine premix should be reduced or paused to be used at present.
